We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer for a one-time project to integrate our main databases with an AI API, enabling chat functionality within our existing apps. Job Summary:

As an AI Engineer at EasyPeasy, you will be responsible for linking our main databases with an AI API to enable chat functionality within our existing applications. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will leverage your expertise in AI development to create a seamless and intelligent chat experience for our users. Your technical skills and problem-solving abilities will be essential in implementing and integrating the AI technologies effectively.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the development team to understand the existing app architecture and database structure.
Identify suitable AI APIs and frameworks for chat integration and recommend the most appropriate solution for EasyPeasy's requirements.
Design and implement the integration of AI chat functionality with our main databases, ensuring secure and efficient data retrieval.
Develop and fine-tune AI models for natural language processing and understanding to provide accurate responses and personalized assistance.
Implement user authentication and access control mechanisms to ensure data privacy and security.
Test and debug the chat functionality, ensuring smooth and reliable performance across different platforms and devices.
Collaborate with the UI/UX team to ensure a seamless user experience and consistent design throughout the chat feature.
Document the integration process, including technical specifications, APIs used, and any customization or configuration performed.
Provide training and support to the development team on maintaining and troubleshooting the AI-integrated chat functionality.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the chat feature's performance, addressing any issues or optimizations required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in AI development and integration projects, particularly in implementing chat functionality using AI APIs.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
Familiarity with AI frameworks and APIs for natural language processing, such as Dialogflow, Wit.ai, or IBM Watson.
Experience working with databases and integrating them with external systems or APIs.
Solid understanding of API development and integration best practices.
Knowledge of security and privacy considerations in AI development and integration.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and project milestones effectively.
