Job Purpose: As a tennerr® Influencer Coordinator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with influencers to promote our brand and jobs on social media. Your primary goal is to increase our brand awareness, reach a wider audience, and ultimately drive sales.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit influencers who align with our brand and target audience
- Negotiate and manage partnerships with influencers, including creating contracts and setting goals
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with our marketing strategy and objectives
- Monitor and analyze the success of influencer campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative briefs, content ideas, and assets for influencer campaigns
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Knowledge of social media platforms and influencer trends
- Familiarity with influencer marketing software and tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the tech or web hosting industry
- Existing relationships with influencers in our target market
- Experience managing budgets and tracking ROI for influencer campaigns
