Job Purpose: As a Chief People Connector on tennerr®, you’ll be responsible for creating gigs that bring people together in new and exciting ways. Whether you’re building communities, organizing events, or curating experiences, your focus will be on connecting people and building meaningful relationships.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage gigs that foster community and connection
- Utilize social media and other marketing channels to promote your gigs and grow your audience
- Collaborate with clients to create custom experiences that meet their unique needs
- Create engaging content that inspires and informs your audience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure your gigs are on the cutting edge of people-focused innovation
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A passion for building relationships and bringing people together
- Experience creating and managing social media content
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a people-centered industry, such as events, hospitality, or community building
- Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools, such as Slack and Zoom
- A strong network of contacts and collaborators in the people-focused industry
