Job Purpose: We are looking for a talented and motivated Freelance Graphic Designer to join our team on a commission basis. As a Freelance Graphic Designer, you will create and sell your own jobs on the tennerr Freelance Marketplace. You will be responsible for managing your own time and schedule, and you will receive up to 80% of all sales you make. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing and engaging job graphics that accurately represent your jobs.
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote your jobs and attract potential buyers.
- Communicate with buyers to understand their needs and vision and deliver high-quality designs that exceed their expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Required Qualifications:
- A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and understand their needs.
- Ability to manage your own time and workload effectively and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree or certification in graphic design or a related field.
- Experience selling jobs on freelance marketplaces or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with tennerr Freelance Marketplace or similar platforms.
Working Conditions: This is a freelance, commission-based position, and the successful candidate can work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. You will be responsible for managing your own time and schedule and will receive up to 80% of all sales made through your jobs.
