Executive Assistant (Remote)

An Executive Assistant is required to work on a fully remote basis. You will assist a single executive with their daily office tasks. By conducting research, writing reports, responding to information requests, and carrying out administrative tasks like writing letters and emails, corresponding with management, dealing with internal and external clients, setting up conference calls, scheduling meetings, and organizing events, you will offer high-level administrative support.


  • Serves as the Chief Executive Officer’s point of contact with both internal and external clients.
  • Manages and keeps up the calendars and schedules of the Chief Executive Officer.

  • Assembles reports, emails, and other written material.
  • Makes PowerPoint presentations and prepares them.
  • Arranges for the people you support to have a trip.
  • Documents, records, and reports are stored and retrieved.
  • Creates correspondence answers.
  • Carries out ordinary office tasks, such as purchasing supplies, keeping up record-keeping programs, and doing simple bookkeeping.

  • A high school diploma is necessary. preferred: bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in administrative support is essential to have 3 years, but 5 years is ideal.
  • High level of computer proficiency, especially Microsoft Office, Gsuite, and ZohoMail
  • Strong communication skills in both writing and speaking.
  • Understanding of phone procedure.
  • Strong organizing and detail-oriented skills.
  • Use discretion when handling private information.
