Job Purpose:
We are looking for a talented and motivated Graphic Designer freelance to join our team on a commission basis. As a Graphic Designer freelance, you will create and sell your own jobs on the tennerr Freelance Marketplace. You will be responsible for managing your own time and schedule, and you will receive up to 80% of all sales you make. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing and engaging jobs that accurately represent your skills.
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote your jobs and attract potential buyers.

- Stay up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Required Qualifications:
- A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and understand their needs.
- Ability to manage your own time and workload effectively and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree or certification in graphic design or a related field.
- Experience selling jobs on freelance marketplaces or similar platforms.

Working Conditions:
This is a commission-based position, and the successful candidate can work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. You will be responsible for managing your own time and schedule and will receive up to 80% of all sales made through your jobs and or projects delivered.
